Opening Hours
The salon is available from 5AM - 10PM, 7 days per week.
Event sessions for groups of up to 12 guests are available on selected dates each month.

Residents: Facilities are available anytime on allocated days.

Retail Opportunity
Regular & Resident operators that sell products in-store will receive a 10 - 20% commission on products.
Some products and services may not be eligible.
Towel Service
Thise service is available at an additional cost.
Cleaning Policy
Cleaning is the responsibility of each operator. Each station must be maintained throughout the sessions and a final thorough clean-up is required at the end of each session.
Any damage to salon furniture, fixtures, decor or fit-out is the responsibility of the operator at their expense. Additional charges may be applied for any disruption to standard salon operations.

1. Ventilation
Air conditioning must remain on the whole salon is operational. Operators must be considerate of each other and their guests when using products and tools.
2. Heat & Electrical Tools
Must be stowed away when not in use. Consider that cords and cables are a risk to you, other operators, and guests. Always be aware of your surroundings and make others aware.
3. Bathroom
The bathroom must be kept clean and clear of rubbish and soiled laundry. If the shower is used it must be dried and cleaned after use.
Security
Doors must be locked when the salon is not operational. Guests and operators must sign in.
Guests & Clients
Guests and clients are the responsibility of the operator. Any damage, mess, or incidents caused or related to your guests is the responsibility of the operator.
A log of all guest attendance must be taken for OHS. New guests must complete the digital sign-in form on the arrival prior to attending.
Health & Safety
Hygiene is a priority. All spaces must be maintained to the highest standard. Sanitation of surfaces is required between clients. Any spills soiled laundry, and bodily fluids must be immediately taken care of.
Please remind guests that if they have flu or cold-like symptoms they must stay away.
Parking
On site parking is available to salon guests only between the hours of 9 - 5pm. Street parking is available to operators. On-site parking is at the discretion of the salon management. Long term parking is not permitted.
